Do you remember?

Take a deep breath.. Let your sensations flood your body. As you dive deeper, becoming vacant from the present, you discover a sense of calmness. Your body melts into a silhouette, swaying in space, as if hung lightly atop a clothesline.

A light blossoms in the center of your formless body, guiding
your descent into the sunken place. Time stands still here.
Liberated from any worries or concerns, your surroundings
begin to fade away.

Memories begin to project on your inner eyelids. Segments of
sweeter moments accompanied with distinct sensations. Taste
and sounds in-sync with the picture. You cross a bridge,
motionless, but floating towards a destination...

Surrendering the final card left in your frail hands, you mutter
softly to yourself ''Everything will be ok''...
